Bishop Blast Highlights Hoosac Win

LEE, Mass. -- Rylie Bishop went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs as the Hoosac Valley softball team defeated Lee, 14-0, in five innings on Tuesday.

 

Lauren Faucher and Katie Braman each went 3-for-4, and Rylen Witek tripled in a 19-hit Hoosac attack.

 

Madi Puppolo had a big day at the plate and in the circle.

 

Offensively, she went 3-for-5 and drove in a run. She also struck out nine and allowed just two hits in the five-inning, complete game win.

 

Katelyn Clark and Taylor Salice each had a hit for Lee (2-6), which hosts Mount Everett on Thursday.

 

Hoosac Valley (6-2) hosts Lenox on Thursday.
