Burke Leads Taconic Softball Past Lee

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Laynie Burke went 2-for-2 with a double Tuesday to lead the Taconic softball team in a 13-1 win over Lee.

 

Julia Pierce was 2-for-3, Leena Schettini went 2-for-3, and every Taconic batter had at least one hit in the 15-hit attack.

 

Rylee Paronto earned the win in the circle.

 

Taconic (5-5) hosts Mount Greylock next Tuesday.

 

Lee hosts Lenox on Thursday.
