Paronto Shines at Plate, in Circle in Taconic Softball Win

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Rylee Paronto went 2-for-2 with a double and a triple Saturday to lead the Taconic baseball team to a 12-0 win over Monument Mountain.

 

Poranto also drew a walk and scored three runs for Taconic in the five-inning win.

 

Bella MacDonald went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles.

 

Julia Pierce tripled, and Brenna McNeice and NeVeah Smith each doubled in the win.

 

Paronto struck out five to earn the win in the circle.

 

Taconic (1-1) goes to Wahconah. Monument Mountain goes to Lee on Tuesday.
