Keegan Shines in Circle, at Plate in Taconic Win

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Ashley Keegan went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double  and five RBIs and allowed just two hits in the circle Monday to lead the Taconic softball team to a 12-0 win over Lenox in a game shortened to six innings at the Doyle Softball Complex.

 

Keegan struck out 11, walked none and allowed just the two hits -- by Anna Lynch and Hannah Sibley.

 

Aubrey Lazits went 2-for-4 with a triple and Kailey Bell went 2-for-3 with three runs scored.

 

Taconic (9-2) is home on Tuesday evening against Pittsfield.

 

Lenox (4-7) hosts Pittsfield on Wednesday.
