Goewey Powers Mount Everett Softball Past Lee

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Emma Goewey went 3-for-5 with a home run and four runs batted in Tuesday to lead the Mount Everett softball team to a 16-4 win over Lee.

 

Lexi Tomascak went 1-for-1 with a triple, and Hailey Liebnow, Mariah Broderick and Tori Gilmore each had a pair of hits in the win.

 

Broderick struck out three to earn the six-inning, complete-game win in the circle.

 

Mount Everett hosts Lenox on Thursday.

 

Lee goes to Taconic on Tuesday.
