Newberry's Homer Highlights Mount Greylock Softball Win

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Emma Newberry went 4-for-4 with a home run and a double Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock softball team to a 23-1 win over Mount Everett.

 

Brodi Rosier was 4-for-5 with a triple and a double in a 23-hit Mount Greylock attack.

 

Kamryn Sweet went the distance in the circle, striking out 10 in the five-inning win.

 

Julia Devoti and Emma Goewey each had a hit for Mount Everett.

 

Mount Greylock (2-0) hosts Lenox on Thursday.
