McCann Tech Softball Falls to Ludlow

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Maddi Sunderland went 2-for-4 with a home run Thursday to lead the Ludlow softball team to a 19-5 win at McCann Tech.

 

“Offensively, we hit the ball hard, and our bats are coming around,” McCann Tech coach Robin Finnegan said. “Ludlow also hit the ball hard, and our defense wasn’t up to par.

 

“Ludlow has a strong team, and we did a lot of positive things. As long as we keep improving things will be OK.”

 

Hannah Tatro went 2-for-3, and Madison Clark doubled for the Hornets.

 

McCann Tech (1-5) goes to Hopkins Academy on Saturday.
