Vanuni Doubles, Triples in McCann Tech Victory

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Kalley Vanuni went 3-for-3 with a triple and a double Monday to lead the McCann Tech softball team to an 11-3 win over Palmer.

 

Sarah Fortini doubled, drove in a run and scored twice, and eight different Hornets had at least one hit.

 

Meg Goyette earned the win in the circle, striking out three in 5-1/3 innings of work.  Vanuni came on to finish the game.

 

McCann Tech (13-4) hosts Mohawk on Tuesday.
