Vanuni Powers McCann Tech Softball in Road Win

MONSON, Mass. — Kalley Vanuni went 3-for-4 with a triple and four RBIs Monday to lead the McCann Tech softball team to a 9-1 win over Monson as the Hornets improved to 7-0 this spring.

 

Meg Goyette struck out 10 in the complete-game win and helped her own cause with an RBI.

 

Ayrian Quinones doubled, and Hannah Stack scored twice.

 

The Hornets go to Mount Greylock on Tuesday.
