Miller, Quinones Lead McCann Tech Softball Past Smith Academy

HATFIELD, Mass. -- Hailey Miller and Ayrian Quinones each went 4-for-6 at the plate Thursday to lead the McCann Tech softball team to a 23-6 win over Smith Academy.

 

Miller drove in five runs, and Kiera Kupiec went 3-for-4. Mya Daigneault was 2-for-5 with three RBIs.

 

Meg Goyette struck out five to earn the win in the circle.

 

The Hornets (17-4) are scheduled to play in the State Vocational Small School Division tournament final on Sunday at Bristol County.
