Goyette Ks 13, McCann Tech Softball Clinches Share of League Title

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Meg Goyette struck out 13 and scattered four hits Wednesday as the McCann Tech softball team beat Smith Academy, 11-0, to clinch at least a share of the Bi-County West Championship.

 

Goyette went 3-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs and stymied the Smith Academy offense with the help of battery mate Aubrey Tetlow.

 

Hailey Miller went 2-for-4 with a double and four runs batted in, and Ayrian Quinones was 3-for-3 with a triple, a double and an RBI.

 

McCann Tech (14-3) hosts Sabis on Thursday.
