Goyette Ks Nine in McCann Tech Road Win

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Alanza Quinones went 3-for-3 with an RBI on Wednesday to lead the McCann Tech softball team to a 10-3 win over Central.

 

Ayrian Quinones had a double and two runs batted in, and Megan Goyette pitched seven strong innings to get the “W.”

 

“This was absolutely a fantastic game for the Hornets,” McCann Tech coach Robin Finnegan said. “Meghan Goyette had nine strikeouts and our defense was solid. Our offense took advantage of the walks.”

 

McCann Tech (3-2)  goes to Lee on Friday.
