Goyette, McCann Tech Shut Out Commerce on Road

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Megan Goyette struck out 13 in a complete-game three-hitter on Monday to pitch the McCann Tech softball team to an 8-0 win over Commerce.

 

Goyette also doubled and drove in a run for the Hornets (2-2), who were led offensively by Aubrey Tetlow.

 

Tetlow went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Freshman Kiera Kupiec reached on a pair of infield singles, and Kalley Vanuni drove in a run.

 

McCann is back on the road Tuesday at Pope Francis.
