Mount Anthony Softball Tops Drury

BENNINGTON, Vt. -- The Mount Anthony softball team scored eight times in the bottom of the first en route to a 15-0 win over Drury on Wednesday.

 

The Patriots pounded out 12 hits and took advantage of four Drury errors.

 

Blue Devils pitchers Danielle Harrick and Katie Booth combined to allow just three earned runs in 5-⅔ innings of work in the circle.

 

Drury managed six hits but couldn’t push a run across.

 

The Blue Devils (1-6) go to Monument Mountain on Thursday.
