Puppolo Pitches Hoosac Valley Softball over Drury

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Madi Puppolo scattered six hits and struck out five Thursday to lead the Hoosac Valley softball team to an 8-0 win over Drury.

 

Gabby Vincent tripled and drove in a run, and Puppolo went 2-for-4.

 

Anna Dix went 3-for-4 for Drury.

 

McKenzie McGuire was 1-for-2 with a walk as she and fellow seniors Cassandra Crosier and Taylor Sprague were honored on Senior Night at Millard Field.

 

Drury (5-14) finishes the season on Friday against Mount Greylock.

 

Hoosac Valley (12-3) hosts Lenox on Tuesday
