Mount Anthony Softball Team Downs Drury

BENNINGTON, Vt. -- The Mount Anthony Union softball team jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the bottom of the first and went on to a 23-1 win over Drury in five innings on Monday.

 

Anna Dix went 2-for-2 at the plate, and Caitlin Tatro drove in Drury’s lone run with a single to left field in the third inning.

 

Drury (1-5) comes home to face Pittsfield on Tuesday.
