Miller Leads McCann Softball in Road Rout

LEE, Mass. -- Hailey Miller went 3-for-3 with a double, a triple and three RBIs Thursday to lead the McCann Tech softball team in a 23-4 win over Lee that ended after five innings.

 

Ayrian Quinones also went 3-for-3, and Megan Goyette was 4-for-5 with a double.

 

In the circle, Goyette split time with Sarah Fortini. The pair combined to strike out three and scatter four hits.

 

Kylie Joyce went 1-for-1, walked twice and scored a pair of runs for Lee, which goes to Hopkins Academy on Saturday.

 

McCann Tech (12-3) goes to Smith Academy on Friday before playing four league games next week.
