Finnegan, Farina Lead Lee Softball to Win

LEE, Mass. -- Shannon Finnegan and Sam Farina each went 3-for-4 to lead the Lee softball team to a 10-3 win over Taconic on Friday.

 

Amy Goss, Karen Hernandez and Jenny LePrevost each had two hits, including a double each for the Wildcats, who improved to 2-0.

 

Kendra Williams went the distance in the circle, striking out seven.

 

Ashley Keegan struck out five and had a pair of hits to lead Taconic.

 

Lee goes to Great Barrington to face Monument Mountain on Tuesday. Taconic (0-2) hosts Wahconah on Tuesday.
