Schuerer, Wildcats Blow Out Gateway

LEE, Mass. – Julianna Schuerer went 4-for-4 with a pair of RBIs on Friday to lead the Lee softball team to an 18-0, five-inning win over Gateway.

 

Schuerer also scored three runs for the Wildcats, who won their second straight game.

 

Bri Lynch went the distance in the circle, striking out nine. She also helped her cause by going 3-for-4 with a triple and four RBIs.

 

Taryn Bannon also tripled in a three-hit afternoon, and Karalynn Hopkins was 3-for-4 with three RBIs in a 22-hit attack for the Wildcats.

 

Lee (7-2) goes to Amherst-Pelham on Monday.
