Lynch Hits Milestone for Lee in Senior Day Win

LEE, Mass. – Bri Lynch recorded her 200th career strikeout, and catcher Lily Brancato went 3-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs Wednesday as the Lee High softball team beat Smith Vocational, 21-1, in five innings.

 

Taryn Bannon and Addie Mayberry each had a pair of hits, and the Wildcats worked 14 walks en route to their fourth straight win.

 

Senior MaKayala Schuerer and Lynch split time in the circle. Lynch finished with 14 strikeouts.

 

The team’s other senior, Madison Delaguistina, went 1-for-3 with three RBIs and scored three runs.

 

Lee (11-6) finishes the regular season on Thursday at Mount Everett.
