Mount Greylock Girls Dominate Belchertown

BELCHERTOWN, Mass. -- Sarah Polumbo scored nine goals and won eight draw controls Friday to lead the Mount Greylock girls lacrosse team to a 19-4 win over Belchertown.

 

Zoe Armet scored four times, and Ainsley Abel had a hat trick.

 

Lucy McWeeney had a goal and two assists, and Tessa Leveque scored a goal. Lexi Politis set up three goals for the Mounties.

 

Christy Rech and Teigan Brady split time in goal, combining for eight saves in the win.

 

Mount Greylock (5-1) goes to Manchester, Vt., to play Burr and Burton on Monday.
