East Longmeadow Stops Wahconah Girls Lacrosse in Western Mass Tourney

EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. – The East Longmeadow girls lacrosse team Tuesday defeated Wahconah, 22-5, in the semi-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class B tournament.

 

Claire Naef had a hat trick, and Paige Trager scored a pair of goals for Wahconah.

 

Phalyn Renderer and Mary Williams split time in goal, combining for 14 saves.

 

Wahconah (8-9) awaits word of its seeding in the upcoming Division 4 state tournament.
