Quinto Leads Pittsfield Boys Past Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Kevin Quinto scored four goals and added two assists Saturday to lead the Pittsfield boys lacrosse team to a 13-1 win over Taconic.

 

Cam Giardina and Ryan Jacoby each had a hat trick for Pittsfield, which got four saves from the tandem of Nikolai Pixley and Ethan Beach.

 

Ez Stone scored, and Troy Schwartzer made seven saves for Taconic (2-9), which hosts Mount Greylock on Monday.

 

Pittsfield (8-5) hosts Chicopee on Wednesday.
