Pittsfield Boys Lax Wins Defensive Battle With Hoosac
CHESHIRE, Mass. -- Josh Kozlowski scored twice, and Mason Papirio had two goals and an assist to lead the Pittsfield High boys lacrosse team to a 6-2 win over Hoosac Valley on Wednesday.
Cam Giardina and Andrew Moore each scored a goal, and Kevin Quinto had three assists for the Generals (6-5), who got 14 saves from Nikolai Pixley.
Brendon Ellsworth scored both Hoosac goals, one on an assist from Vance Eugene.
Cam Alibozek made 10 saves for Hoosac (5-5), which goes to Monument Mountain on Saturday.
Pittsfield hosts Taconic on Saturday.
