Falk Backstops Mount Greylock to Comeback Win

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- David Falk stopped 16 shots Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to an 8-5 win over Burr & Burton.

 

The Mounties trailed, 2-1, at half-time before outscoring its guests by a margin of 7-3 after intermission.

 

Michael Wellspeak and Sean Malloy each scored twice and set up a pair of goals, and Hoby MacWhinnie had a goal and an assist.

 

Mac Waynick, Nick Belouin and Taylor Cummings each scored a goal in the win.

 

Mount Greylock (7-4) goes to Wahconah on Thursday.
