Storie's Nine-Point Day Leads Unbeaten Mount Greylock

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Patrick Storie scored six goals and assisted on three more Monday to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to an 18-6 win over Hoosac Valley.

 

Reilly Parker scored four goals, and Michael Wellspeak, Kyle Alvarez and Thomas Astle each had a pair for the Mounties, who got 13 saves from David Falk.

 

Nick Waterman had a hat trick, and Casey Meczywor had a goal and assist for Hoosac Valley. Cam Alibozek stopped eight shots in the Hurricanes’ goal.

 

Hoosac Valley (8-4) hosts Pittsfield on Wednesday.

 

Mount Greylock (14-0) goes to Berkshire Community College to play Taconic on Tuesday.
