Wahconah Boys Lacrosse Shuts Out Monson

DALTON, Mass. -- Senior Chris Acevedo scored five goals, and the Wahconah boys lacrosse team beat Monson, 19-0, on Senior Night.

 

“Seniors led the way today,” Wahconah coach Zach Sondrini said. “This is a special group of seniors this year. It's great to see them all contribute in such a big way on their senior day. Senior Chris Acevdeo led the the team today. Christian Zdon and Cullen Harrington also had a big games.”

 

Harrington scored four goals, and Jeremy Girard had two goals and three assists.

 

Dart Jaggi scored twice, and Mike Fortin had a goal and two assists. Dom Orlandi made two saves to earn the shutout win in goal.

 

Wahconah (13-4) finishes the regular season on Thursday at home against Taconic.
