Ghidotti Hat Trick Leads McCann Tech Boys Lax in Road Win

MONSON, Mass. -- Colby Ghidotti had a hat trick Friday to lead the McCann Tech boys lacrosse team to a 9-4 win over Monson.

 

Darian Tovani scored a pair, and Jason Delisle had a goal and three assists for the Hornets.

 

“Monson’s players toughed out only having a couple of subs and their goalie made a lot of nice saves,” McCann Tech coach Paul Lange said. “It was great to reward some hard-working kids with extra playing time today.”

 

Devon Griswold, Darius Tovani and Matt Dellaghelfa each scored a goal. Keegan Dellaghelfa and Dakota Hayes combined for six saves in the McCann Tech goal.

 

The Hornets (7-4) go to Lee on Saturday.
