Darian Tovani Scores Four to Lift McCann Tech Lacrosse on Road

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Darian Tovani scored four goals Monday to lead the McCann Tech boys lacrosse team to a 6-2 win over Springfield Central.

 

“Darian Tovani was a strong finisher for us tonight,” McCann Tech coach Paul Lange said. “We had quite a few opportunities but hit the post or their goalie came up big.

 

“We are still figuring out how to run our offense, but we’re making strides each game.”

 

Darius Tovani and Brandon Sargent each scored a goal, and Keegan Dellaghelfa stopped eight shots to earn the win between the pipes.

 

McCann Tech (3-2) hosts Pathfinder on Tuesday.
