Wahconah Boys Lacrosse Rallies Late to Top Lee

DALTON, Mass. -- Connor Washburn scored two goals and added four assists, and Wyatt Schleicher had a hat trick Thursday night to lead the Wahconah boys lacrosse team to an 11-8 win over Lee.

 

Jeremy Girard, Kyle Gazzillo and Dart Jaggi each scored a pair for Wahconah, which outscored the Wildcats, 4-2, in the fourth quarter to put the game away.

 

Vinny Orlandi made 20 saves to earn the win.

 

Tighler Andrews stopped 14 shots for Lee, which got three goals from Jake Parkinson and two from Connor Parkinson.

 

Lee (2-3) goes to McCann Tech on Friday.

 

Wahconah (5-3) hosts Taconic on Monday.
