Arienti, Pittsfield Pound Holyoke

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Santino Arienti went 2-for-2 with a pair of RBIs and a pair of walks Monday to lead the Pittsfield baseball team to a 10-0, five-inning win over Northampton.

 

Walker Abdallah doubled and drove in a run in a seven-hit Pittsfield attack.

 

Five different Generals combined on a one-hitter on the mound, each going one inning.

 

Jack Wildgoose and Collin Merwin each recorded a pair of strikeouts.

 

Pittsfield (8-3) goes to Taconic on Thursday.
