West Side Baseball Tops Pittsfield

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The West Springfield baseball team Tuesday pounded out a home run and a pair of doubles among nine hits in a 9-6 win over Pittsfield.

 

Nick Brindle went 2-for-4 with a double for the Generals, who also got a 2-for-3 day at the plate from Roshan Warriar.

 

Walker Abdallah and Tommy Mullin each drove in a run.

 

Pittsfield (1-2) hosts Westfield on Thursday.
