Sime Wins Pitchers Duel for Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Cam Sime struck out 10 for the Pittsfield baseball team to earn a 2-1 win over East Longmeadow on Monday.

 

Sime allowed just two hits and no earned runs in the complete-game effort.

 

He also helped his cause with a single and scored a run. Chase Racine and Tommy Mullin each had an RBI, and Mullin and and Walker Abdallah each went 2-for-3 at the plate.

 

Pittsfield (3-5) goes to Springfield Central on Wednesday.
