Springfield Central Baseball Team Tops Pittsfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Ben Ryan went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and four RBIs Friday to lead the Springfield Central baseball team to a 17-2 win over Pittsfield.

 

Dariel Velazquez struck out four and allowed one earned run in four innings on the mound to earn the win.

 

Jonathan Halse went 1-for-2 with an RBI for Pittsfield (1-2), which goes to Falmouth next Friday.
