Pittsfield Pitchers Stymie Minnechaug

WILBRAHAM, Mass. – Jason Codey and Cam Hillard combined to strike out 11 hitters Monday as the Pittsfield baseball team beat Minnechaug, 11-1, in five innings.

 

Morrie Fried led the offense, going 2-for-4 with a double and driving in a pair of runs.

 

Jackson Almeida was 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs in the win.

 

Pittsfield (5-0) hosts Northampton on Wednesday.
