Jayder Raifstanger Leads Spartans in Blowout Win

MONSON, Mass. – Jayder Raifstanger went 3-for-5 with a home run and a triple Monday to lead the Monument Mountain baseball team to a 15-0 win over Monson.

 

Raifstanger drove in five runs to help the Spartans put the game away after five innings.

 

Owen Wade and Peter Free combined for the shutout win on the mound. Wade started and went four innings, striking out four.

 

Free went 3-for-4 with three doubles, and Camden Raifstanger went 3-for-5 with a double.

 

Monument Mountain (6-0) goes to Ludlow on Tuesday.
