Archambault Leads Wahconah Baseball to 10th Win

SOUTHWICK, Mass. -- Bob Archambault went 3-for-4 with three RBIs Tuesday to lead the Wahconah baseball team to its 10th win of the season, a 6-3 win at Southwick.

 

Pat Butler allowed two earned runs in 5-⅔ innings to pick up the victory as Wahconah clinched a berth in the Western Massachusetts tournament.

 

Ty Cowdrey and Trip Verdi each doubled, and Will Genaway pitched 1-⅔ inning of scoreless relief to seal the win.

 

Wahconah (10-3) hosts Taconic on Friday.
