Blake Homers in Taconic Victory

EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. – Evan Blake went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double and two RBIs Thursday to lead the Taconic baseball team to a 12-1 win over East Longmeadow.

 

Sam Sherman was 2-for-4 with a double, and Bo Bramer doubled in a 10-hit Taconic attack.

 

Sherman earned the complete-game win in the five-inning win, striking out five and scattering three hits.

 

Taconic (6-1) goes to Clapp Park to face Pittsfield on Saturday.
