Taconic Baseball Blanks Chicopee Comp

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Damon Pause and Matt Lee combined on a one-hitter Wednesday as the Taconic baseball team downed Chicopee Comp, 10-0, in five innings.

 

Pause struck out four, and Lee rang up six in the win.

 

Bo Bramer led the Thunder’s offense, going 4-for-4 with a pair of triples in the leadoff spot.

 

Nick Guachione also tripled and went 2-for-2 with three runs batted in.

 

Adam Lazits, Evan Blake and Pause each doubled in a 12-hit Taconic attack.

 

The Thunder (5-1) goes to East Longmeadow on Thursday.
