Eagles' Casivant Three-Hits Mount Greylock

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Nick VandeBogart went 3-for-3 with a pair of RBIs, and Nikos Casivant threw a three-hitter as the Mount Everett baseball team Thursday blanked Mount Greylock, 6-0.

 

Cassavant struck out four and walked just one to earn the complete-game win.

 

Brendan Dempsey doubled for the Eagles (5-2), who go to Westfield to play St. Mary’s on Friday.

 

Cole Wojtkowski went 2-for-3 with a triple, and Cam Winters singled for Mount Greylock.

 

The Mounties (3-1) go to Chicopee Comp on Friday.
