Mount Everett Routs Smith Academy

SHEFFIELD, Mass. – Darius Taliaferro went 2-for-3 with three runs batted in on Wednesday to lead the Mount Everett baseball team to a 13-3 win over Smith Academy.

 

Jacob Kreis doubled and drove in two runs in a seven-hit attack for the Eagles.

 

Brodie Kinna earned the win on the mound, going six innings, striking out six and allowing just two earned runs.

 

Ian Lanoue pitched one inning of scoreless relief to finish the game.

 

Mount Everett (7-5) hosts Lenox on Thursday.
