Gagne, Livsey Lead Hornets Past Hoosac Valley

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Owen Gagne and Josh Livsey combined on a one-hitter Tuesday as the McCann Tech baseball team defeated Hoosac Valley, 10-0, in five innings at Joe Wolfe Field.

 

Gagne struck out six in three innings, and Livsey fanned four in two innings of relief.

 

At the plate, Livsey doubled and scored a run, and Gagne went 2-for-3 to lead the Hornets’ offense.

 

Caleb Harrington went the distance on the mound for the Hurricanes (0-7), who host Smith Academy on Friday.

 

McCann Tech (7-3) hosts Lenox on Wednesday.
