Weber Pitches Hornets Past Hopkins

HADLEY, Mass. – Seth Farmsworth homered, and Ozzie Weber allowed just two hits Saturday as the McCann Tech baseball team defeated Hopkins Academy, 10-0, in five innings.

 

Weber went the distance on the mound, striking out 10 and walking five.

 

Jacob Howland went 2-for-3 with a double, and Landon Champey and Collin Booth each went 2-for-4 in an 11-hit McCann Tech attack.

 

The Hornets (6-3) host Hoosac Valley on Monday.
