Smith Voc Baseball Tops McCann Tech

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Jack O’Connell went 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs batted in Tuesday to lead the Smith Vocational baseball team to a 9-6 win over McCann Tech at Joe Wolfe Field.

 

McCann Tech’s Mason Field went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored, and Robert Matte III hit a triple. Matt Jette came off the bench to go 1-for-1 with an RBI, a run scored and a couple of walks.

 

McCann Tech (2-2) goes to Commerce on Friday.
