Feliciano Leads Unbeaten Blue Devils Past McCann Tech

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Julian Feliciano went 2-for-2 with a double Tuesday as the Drury baseball team beat McCann Tech, 12-4, at Joe Wolfe Field.

 

Nick Lescarbeau went 6-? innings on the mound to earn the win. He struck out six, walked two and allowed three earned runs.

 

He also helped his cause with a single and an RBI.

 

Logan Crockwell hit a triple and drove in a run in an eight-hit attack for Drury, which also worked nine walks.

 

Steven Cornell earned one of those walks and had a hit. He also stole three bases for the Blue Devils, who finished with eight steals.

 

McCann Tech’s offense was led by Collin Booth, who went 3-for-3 with a double. Josh Livsey and Nick Gilman also doubled in the loss.

 

Four McCann Tech pitchers combined to allow six earend runs.

 

The Hornets (2-2) host Turners Falls on Friday.

 

Drury (4-0) hosts Smith Academy on Thursday.
