Yeaton Pitches Drury to Road Win

LEE, Mass. -- Zach Yeaton struck out five in seven innings and went 2-for-3 with an RBI to lead the Drury baseball team to a 3-1 win over Lee on Thursday.

Yeaton scattered six hits in the complete game win.

The Blue Devils (6-1) jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the third when Nate Hillard got things going with a two-out single. Kody Crosier and Hayden Bird reached on errors before Logan Rumbolt closed the rally with an RBI single.

Drury extended its lead to 3-0 in the top of the fourth when Yeaton drove in Connor Clark.

The Blue Devils travel to Pittsfield on Saturday.
