Hunter, Lenox Golfers Win at Drury

STAMFORD, Vt. -- Noah Hunter birdied the fifth hole on his way to a 2-over-par 38 Tuesday to lead the Lenox golf team to a 159-196 win over Drury at Stamford Valley Golf Course.

 

Lenox also got a 39 from Brandan Hayden and scored rounds from Ricky Armstrong (40) and Cliff Flynn (42).

 

Drury was led by Justyn Cowell with a 44, a round that included a birdie on the first hole. Connor Kelly and Davion Barton finished in the 40s with rounds of 48 and 49, respectively.

 

Drury (0-5) hosts Wahconah and Lenox (4-1) hosts Mount Greylock on Thursday.
