Lenox Girls, Wahconah Boys Earn GS Wins

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Maddie DiGrigoli led three Lenox downhill skiers in the top 10 on Monday as the Millionaires posted a team victory in a grand slalom race at Bousquet.

 

Digrigoli clocked a time of 35.39 seconds to finish behind individual champ Eliza Mullen of Pittsfield (33.76).

 

Adelina Scalise-Lampiasi and Ella Hall placed sixth and seventh, respectively, to help Lenox earn the team win.

 

In the boys race, Taconic’s Keeghen Scott placed first for the second straight week, edging Monument Mountain’s Kitson Stover by about half a second.

 

Wahconah took the boys team title with three racers in the top 10. Alex Sternerup led the way, placing third as an individual. Vincent Scalise and Michael Scalise placed seventh and eighth, respectively, for Wahconah.
