Pittsfield Bowlers Edge Mount Greylock
PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Chris Kordana rolled a 227 to help the Pittsfield bowling team earn a narrow, 17-14, win over Mount Greylock on Friday at Ken’s Bowl.
The Generals remained in third-place in the league standings, behind Lee and idle McCann Tech.
Lee extended its hold on first place with a dominating 31-0 win over Mount Everett. Devon Olds rolled a 236 game and 438 series for the Wildcats.
Monument Mountain’s Tom Hankey Jr. rolled the top game (258) and top series (499) of the day, and Lynsey Aldam had the day’s best game among the girls with a 226, but the Spartans dropped a 19-12 decision to the Lee Orange squad.
Taconic’s Taylor Callahan had the best series among the girls, a 397, and rolled a 210 game, but her squad fell to Drury, 21-10. Aleasia Yeaton led the Blue Devils with a 183 game and 365 series.
The Berkshire County League rolls into North Adams on Tuesday for a meet at Greylock Bowl and Golf.
