New Lebanon Swimmers Get Rare Win over Pittsfield

NEW LEBANON, N.Y. – George Lamphere-Webster and Grace Kalisz Wednesday led the New Lebanon/Berlin co-ed swim team to a 50-44 win over Pittsfield, the Tigers’ first win over the Generals in 17 years.

 

Lamphere-Webster and Kalisz each placed first and second in the 200-yard individual medley and 500 freestyle. They also each swam a leg on New Lebanon’s winning 200 medley relay quartet.

 

Joseph Kearns won a pair of events for Pittsfield, touching first in the 200 freestyle and 100 free.
